Charitable Revenue Disbursement Protocol

Luciana Fisher LLC is a mission-driven for-profit company with an embedded charitable model. A portion of net revenue from every qualifying book sale and paid speaking engagement is donated to vetted nonprofits supporting breast cancer and neurodivergence in the U.S. and Brazil. This structure is legally codified in our Operating Agreement.

I. Mission & Vision

Mission: To tell the kinds of stories that systems often overlook—and to turn personal truth into collective change. Luciana Fisher LLC merges art with accountability and commerce with compassion.

Vision: A world where creative expression fuels systemic change—where books become bridges, and revenue becomes reciprocity. Literary success, at any stage, is never divorced from moral and social obligation.

II. Charitable Contributions Structure

A. U.S. & International Sales (Excluding Brazil)

For units generating $2.00+ in net revenue:
- $1.00 to a U.S.-based breast cancer nonprofit
- $1.00 to a U.S.-based dyslexia/neurodivergence nonprofit
For all other qualifying sales or speaking engagement:
- 10% of net revenue, split equally between the two causes

All nonprofit partners must be registered 501(c)(3) entities and meet governance and ethical standards and remain non-profit.

B. Brazil-Based Sales

For units sold within Brazil, a percentage of author royalties will be donated to:
- One registered Brazilian nonprofit supporting breast cancer
- One registered Brazilian nonprofit supporting dyslexia/neurodivergence

This ensures financial sustainability while honoring Luciana Fisher LLC’s cross-border charitable mission. Donations will be held in reserve until the nonprofits are legally verified and capable of receiving funds in compliance with Brazilian law.

C. Definition of Net Revenue

Net revenue = gross sales revenue minus direct production costs, platform distribution fees, and transaction fees. Salaries and discretionary expenses are not included.

D. Non-Qualifying Units

Promotional, subscription-based, and free units generating less than R$ 10.00 gross are excluded from per-unit donations but may be included in the net revenue pool for percentage-based donations.

III. Speaking Engagements & Public Appearances

Luciana uses the stage as a platform for awareness and action. For all paid speaking engagements:

10% of net speaking revenue is donated:
- 5% to breast cancer nonprofit
- 5% to dyslexia/neurodivergence nonprofit

Honorariums and travel reimbursements are required. For nonprofit-hosted events by the Company’s designated partners, the fee may be waived. Co-sponsored or third-party events must still follow the honorarium policy. Travel costs, daily allowance and reasonable accommodations must be provided.

IV. Recordkeeping & Transparency

All donation-related financials are tracked, including:

Date and location of sale
Allocation amount and recipient

Brazilian donations are tracked and disbursed separately to Brazilian nonprofit organizations. All other qualifying sales outside Brazil will be directed to the selected U.S.-based beneficiaries.

Public annual reports and documentation will be available upon verified request.

Legal teams, auditors, and partners may request access to the full Operating Agreement and First Amendment Addendum for verification purposes. Access may require a signed acknowledgment form confirming responsible use and non-disclosure of proprietary content.

V. Ethical Safeguards & Redirection

If any nonprofit is found guilty of fraud, misconduct, or defamation, funds will be:

Recalled with written notice
Redirected within 30 days to new verified nonprofits with equivalent missions

VI. Disclaimer & Legal Structure

Luciana Fisher LLC is not a nonprofit. Donations are made from earned revenue and not tax-deductible to consumers. This protects the Company from solicitation laws while ensuring transparency and ethical compliance.

Luciana Fisher LLC is committed to transparency and ethical revenue stewardship. While we are a mission-led for-profit company—not a registered charity—we voluntarily track and disclose charitable contributions made through book sales and paid speaking engagements.

We reserve the right to engage an independent CPA or auditor to review all donation-related activity on an annual or bi-annual basis. These reviews may be shared with nonprofit partners or made public at our discretion.
